• flour
• mackerel
• butter
• garlic
• mackerel

1. 1.Butterfly, salt, and flour the mackerel.
2. 2.Head up pan and then after it is heated, put in butter and garlic. After that melts, add in mackerel. You can tip the pan to draw oil down and fry the mackerel
