Heat up a wide, flat #pan{}. Add the @vegetable oil{1%tsp}.
Add the @kimchi{1%cup} and stir fry for ~{1%minute} over medium-high heat.
Add @rice{3%cups}, @kimchi juice{1/4%cup}, @water{1/4%cup}, and @gochujang{2%tbsp}. Stir all the ingredients together for about ~{7%minutes}.
Add @cheese{} and mix. Cook and @egg{} sunny side up and cut it open.
Add @sesame oil{3%tsp} and remove from the heat.
Garnish with sprinkled chopped @green onion{1}, roasted @gim{1%sheet}, and @sesame seeds{1%tbsp}.
