Boil @baby back ribs{1%rack} for ~{5%minutes}, drain.
Add @unsalted butter{1%tbsp}, @gochugaru{1.5%tbsp}, and @garlic{4%cloves} over low heat in same #pot{}.
Add @kimchi{2%cups} with juice, @water{4%cups}, ribs, @anchovy tablets{3}, and @salt{}. Boil, then simmer ~{5%minutes}.
Add @yellow onion{1}, cover, cook ~{10%minutes}.
Stir in @fish sauce{1%tbsp} and @sugar{1%tbsp}. Add salt to taste. Serve with @rice{}.
Add @American cheese{0.5%slice} per serving.
