Soak @rice cakes{} in water and drain.
Add @broth{}, @minced garlic{1%tbsp}, @soup soy sauce{} and boil.
Add rice cakes and @dumplings{}. Boil until rice cakes and dumplings are done. If dumplings are frozen and still cold in the middle, cut them in half in the #pot{}.
