Steps
- In pot, cook oil, onion, minced garlic, scallions, and pork until brown and fragrant.
- Add water and anchovy tablets.
- Cover and cook for 7 minutes or until tablets dissolve.
- Make seasoning mix: combine gochugaru, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add fish sauce and add salt generously.
- Add egg and tofu and seasoning mix and cook for 3 minutes.
