  1. 1.Cut napa cabbage crosswise in 1/2 or 1/3 and place in pot stand up.
  2. 2.Put sliced pork belly on top of cabbage.
  3. 3.Add 100 ml mirin, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4.Optionally can also put some bok choy and/or mushrooms on top to steam.
