for slow cooker, just boil the ribs a bit and throw everything in the cooker

  1. 1.Boil 1 rack baby back ribs for , drain.
  2. 2.Add 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1.5 tbsp gochugaru, and 4 cloves garlic over low heat in same pot.
  3. 3.Add 2 cups kimchi with juice, 4 cups water, ribs, 3 anchovy tablets, and salt. Boil, then simmer .
  4. 4.Add 1 yellow onion, cover, cook .
  5. 5.Stir in 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp sugar. Add salt to taste. Serve with rice.
  6. 6.Add 0.5 slice American cheese per serving.
