2.Add cooked rice. If it was refrigerated, add some water and cover.
3.Then add beef, corn, garlic, onion, green onion, and butter. Cover.
4.Make sauce: combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 clove garlic in a bowl.
5.After it has cooked a bit add in the sauce and mix. Then turn to low medium and cover. Letting it steam for a while will help with flavor and provide a nice crispy rice bottom (so don't stir it).
