Pepper lunch

  1. 1.Heat oil in pan.
  2. 2.Add cooked rice. If it was refrigerated, add some water and cover.
  3. 3.Then add beef, corn, garlic, onion, green onion, and butter. Cover.
  4. 4.Make sauce: combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 clove garlic in a bowl.
  5. 5.After it has cooked a bit add in the sauce and mix. Then turn to low medium and cover. Letting it steam for a while will help with flavor and provide a nice crispy rice bottom (so don't stir it).
  6. 6.Add salt and pepper and serve.
